The Window source was SO helpful. They went through everything with us so we found the best ones for our home and our budget. We did half one year and we loved them so much we went and replaced our other windows with them the next. Not only were they helpful and lovely windows, but the customer service was great. I called months later to ask about receipts and energy ratings (for tax stuff) and they remembered me and took the time to help me get all the info I needed. I would recommend them to everyone looking for windows!

This was an amazing experience all around! John came out and did an initial estimate, and again a few months later for the final contract. He was more professional (and personable) than any other contractor we spoke too. Though we had to wait a little longer for delivery and install than we first thought (I swear, the whole world is on backorder!) They were open and honest with the delay and never minded my pestering them for updates! When it came to install, all of their installers we polite, efficient and clean up after each window. They were prompt both mornings and did an excellent job! Here's hoping they travel to Cripple Creek, because we might just have another project in the works! They will definitely be my first choice!

I had a glass slider and 4 windows installed. The quality of the windows are as good or better than the ones i have seen installed by bigger window companies. The personal attention and installation team are the sole reason I am looking at replacing more windows with them.

We had a couple bedrooms with old metal framed windows, which made it difficult to regulate the temperature of the room especially in lower temperatures. We had to really turn up the thermostat to compensate for the cold air coming through. I spoke to multiple window companies and Donna and John from the Window Source were by far the most friendly and helpful, they patiently answered all of my questions and provided a very thorough explanation of all my options, with no pressure to buy from them. Choosing the Window Source was a no brainer. The installation process went really well and the windows look great. Looking at the specs alone my new windows are top notch, and in practice they have been very effective at regulating temperature, which I’m sure will help us save on energy costs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Window Source to friends or family and will definitely be using them for future window replacements!
