Ordered replacement windows in early part of year. They arrived sooner than expected and have been installed. Everyone was professional from sales floor, measurements and install. Most of our time was spent with the installers. Angus and Roy were great, respectful of our home and did an awesome job. Cleaned up everything and the new windows are so much better than what we had. Highly recommend Window Source.

I am very pleased with my double hung 9000 Series windows. Such a big improvement over the wooden windows we had in our home. We chose not to get any decorative grid, making the windows look cleaner and brighter. Installers Cory and Doug did a great job in the removal and installation of all windows and cleaned debris up around the house both days. They are respectful, considerate, well-mannered and hard working young men. I also had a new Ecolite sliding patio door replaced with inner blinds. David Jr. & David Sr. installed the doors. These two men are efficient, personable and pleasant workers. Because of the pandemic, it took a long time from placing my order to getting the windows, however, it was worth the wait. I chose The Window Source of Lexington and am thoroughly pleased with this company.

We had a wonderful experience with The Window Source. they were friendly, responsive and the service was great. They also ended up having our windows installed 2 months before they said they would. that was a nice surprise. Our sales rep was informative and friendly and the man who installed our windows did a great job and even hung back up our blinds and cleaned up everything so when he left we were good to go. we would use them again for sure.

The Window Source of Lexington just finished replacing all the glass and 4 sliding glass doors with screens in our sun room. We have not been able to properly use or enjoy our sun room since we've lived here because all of the seals were busted on the windows and doors and it was so cloudy you couldn't see outside. I cannot believe the transformation! Our sun room is absolutely stunning and I can't wait to furnish it and finally be able to use it! I had bids from 6 other companies and ultimately chose The Window Source because of their wonderful reviews and price. I am so glad I did because my sun room looks amazing and my experience was great from start to finish. Blake came out to give us a proposal and took into account everything we wanted. Angus and his crew were great and did a beautiful job as if they were working on their own home. Do not hesitate on The Window Source of Lexington. I cannot say enough good things about the entire team! Randy was the first person I spoke with to get our quote. He was never pushy and is top notch professional. Very responsive to all of the many questions I had before making the purchase. The installers were incredible too. Dustin and Billy went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The crew also cleaned up the mess spotless, like it never happened. I also ordered shades and Cody was so pleasant, quick and professional. I will never use another company for any of my window/door needs. Dee and Randy you have a great team, thanks to all!
