We used The Window Source for a door replacement and installation of new windows. We chose this company because the windows are installed from the outside and they had the style window that we liked. Even though the project took longer than expected due to Covid, we are very happy with their work and love our new windows and door! Ashley always communicated with us about delay times and was very patient. While Ricky and Austin were our primary installers, Ricky is quite entertaining and both were passionate about their work. Super work, on time, completed in a day, great crew. The team worked with me to reschedule the install after some family emergencies arose. Special kudos to Ashley who was so helpful and responsive. Replaced 9 extremely old windows, some wooden and several steel framed. No issues, beautiful and safe new vinyl double pane. Great price. Nothing negative to say. Highly recommend!

WOW! The only reason I rated these guys a 5 is because there wasn’t a number higher. It’s so refreshing in todays world to find a service that actually does what they say and complete the job when they say. I needed to have these windows installed in one day, specifically on a Thursday, while my wife was gone, as a surprise for her. Chris, Kenny, and Kim did it in ONE DAY on THURSDAY BY 4 pm. There aren’t enough words to describe there professionalism and work ethic. If you need windows, don’t look any where else.

After 30 plus years in our home, we decided to replace all the windows. I contacted and got estimates from three companies. All came to the house and gave excellent presentations. Two were the "Big Box Stores," and the third was The Window Source. The Window Source representative did an excellent job and their estimate was considerably lower and the window quality and warranty was equal to or better than the Big Box Stores. So we took a chance. I'm pleased to say, they delivered as promised and beyond. A three man crew took out all the metal frame windows which was an unbelievable job. They worked continuously for 12 straight hours, I don't think even stopping for lunch. They were extremely friendly but wasted no time. When all was said and done every single window was installed perfectly and looked great. They cleaned up all the debris which there was a ton of course. Everything looked perfect when they left. We are extremely pleased and give The Window Source our highest recommendation. I might mention that the office staff was always courteous, helpful and professional.
